● Well, I have   a class  in a few minutes. I better get going.

● Okay, I’ll talk with my team and I’ll give you a call tomorrow morning.

● So, we’ll wait for Joanna’s response and then go from there.

● Okay, I’ll work on the proposal and send it to you by the end of the week.

Example:

Lina: Thanks for listening to me today, Rina. I really needed to talk about what happened.

Rina: Of course, Lina. I’m glad you shared your feelings with me.

Lina: Talking about my broken heart has helped me feel a little better.

Rina: I’m happy to hear that. Healing takes time, but you’re strong.

Lina: Yes, I know. I’ll try to focus on myself and move forward.

Rina: That’s a good decision. Remember, you’re not alone.
